Region II seedings??? WTH???

Is there any truth that the Region II tournament director is trying to seed the teams by "district records"? As far as I can remember, its "always" been the overall records that determines the seedings.

So why is someone trying to use "district records" to seed the Region II participants?

Does it really matter, M? Sherando is going to be No. 1 either way. Whether it's the 18-1 (not counting district playoffs) or 12-0 during district regular season play. All the other district champs (Potomac Falls, Monticello, and Liberty) all lost at least one district game.

Either way, it's going to be interesting to see who the Tribe gets in the quarters. Could it be either Western Albemarle or Powhatan? The Dulles No. 2 (who I figure to be Heritage).

They still have to win two to clinch that elusive state berth, though. Again, I'm hoping they finally do.
