Is there any indication what rules will be changed by the NFHS, or what the points of emphasis will be for 2024?

I think the powers-that-be are meeting in Indy this weekend or next to hash that out. Then there's a couple of weeks of foot-dragging and crafting poorly worded statements about the changes that usually just lead to confusion and revision in the summer, I'd look for that release first week of February.
