Graphic is poorly done but diaper bags are allowed if they meet the guidelines. If you've got a baby, you buy a clear bag and throw that stuff in the clear bag and voila, meet an approved diaper bag.

The people more likely to poop their pampers are people going to the CC. Of the list of prohibited items, I can't say I see many, if any, on a typical Friday night in the stadium. Luggage, camera bags, briefcases, computer bags, like when's the last time you've seen those at a football game? Women can use a clutch for three hours instead of those monstrosities that pose as bowling ball bags that they try to pass off as purses and everyone's fine.
