DMSpartan, I don't know when you were at the Seigel Center, but, I have never had a problem with parking in one of the parking decks/garages...if the one across the street was full, I simply turned around went back to one the behind the Seigel, so, to say that both parking decks were reserved for the VIPS is puzzling.
