They are up 20 earlyCurious - are there any SB posters on here?
The team is always good year in year out (11-1 this season), but I rarely see any threads on here about them.
They have a huge match with Mountain View (11-1) today for regional finals.
What happened to the center, I saw he was carried off with a knee injury33-0 heading into the 3rd quarter. This SB team is good, maybe not quite as good as the state championship teams from the past 2 years, but very athletic and fast. With that, we fully understand what is potentially on the horizon with HS. Would look forward to an attempt to even that series at 3 all. One more half and SB gets their 15th state semi final appearance in 23 seasons of football. Go Dogs!!!!
You’re funny! Going to be fun next weekOut the rest of the game….but he was jogging lightly on the sideline. We need 100% health next week….not even a paper cut if we want a chance to beat HS
Congrats on the continued success. Seems like you guys never have a down year and can game plan for anyone. Like Salem, I've rooted against SB so much, I have grown to respect the incredible program you guys have.33-0 heading into the 3rd quarter. I was impressed with GR over Kempsville tonight.Maury and Green Run are taking care of business tonight.
That will be the other 2 on the other side of Class 5 semi final.
HS faces Bird tomorrow for the final 4 ticket.
GR had already beat Kempsville earlier this season. Maury is undefeated in VA!I was impressed with GR over Kempsville tonight.
I'm taking GR over Maury this year!

I'll definitely take maury on the coaching. But as far as talent on talent I'm definitely wanting to see maury secondary on GRs wide outsThey both seem pretty similar. Does either one have a talent advantage this particular year? I'll take Maury coaching over GR at this point
Naw I'll say maury is the more physical team. But will be interesting because this is the most aggressive team GR has seen so far.To me it looked like Maury has a ton of team speed. GR is bigger and more physical.
I went to the 2005 Hampton/SB final expecting another Crabber thrashing. Instead I was treated to one of the best defensive matchups I have ever seen in a final. Stone Bridge signaled a change that has lasted for 18 years. It seems the players and fans do all of their talking on the field, win or lose, they are always there. Impressive.Curious - are there any SB posters on here?
