Does any VHSL Guru know if conference and/or VHSL pays any portion of travel for first round playoff games ? And what is distance traveled in order to receive lodging pay ?

I can't remember the actual number of miles but there is a list of guidelines in the VHSL handbook for travel reimbursement. I believe that reimbursement is paid by the region until the semi-finals & state championship.

I checked VHSL Handbook. It addresses State playoffs, but doesn't say anything about 1st round games., or regional games. para 55-5-1

That info might be found in individual regional handbooks. Good luck trying to find one of those. Every region, conference, and district is supposed to have one and it should include their guidelines, charges for admission etc., but like I said good luck trying to find one or get a copy from someone.
