The only one I can think of on the central-east side of the state is Franklin. They play at Armory Field.
Schools in the Northern Neck/Tidewater districts that once hosted home games off campus include:
Rappahannock (old Warsaw High School until like 1978 I believe)
Essex (old Tappahannock High School until 1977)
Lancaster played at the previous Lancaster High School until around 1977 or 1978. Lancaster will open a new school in 2026 and they are going to have an artificial turf football field. Will probably be the best football/track & field complex around this area.
King and Queen Central played home games in West Point during the formative years of its football program.
In fact, the West Point stadium may have been off campus. I believe they started playing games at the present West Point High School in 1978 in a different configuration than the present one. I'm pretty sure the old West Point stadium was a combo field featuring a grandstand for baseball.
Charles City used to play at the county's recreation complex. Dre can fill us in on when games moved to the current high school.
PS: If I brought up this topic previously forgive me as my old age is catching up to me!
