I think Salem actually wins the tiebreaker off the very odd third tiebreaker (d) which states "A team that played an opponent with an effective nine (9) game schedule(non-recognized opponent, i.e., home school or out-of-state non-public school, or inability to schedule/play a 10th game) shall be seeded ahead of a school whose opponents play 10 game schedules."
LCA is playing a 9 game schedule so if I'm reading this correctly then that tiebreaker should apply and give the seeding to Salem. (b) is H2H and (c) is common opponents so neither apply. If I'm misreading or misinterpreting and we go to (g), which is average combined power rating then I also expect that to go to Salem as I did a brief skim of the numbers from last week and I believe there is too big of a gap for Handley to pick up in a single week.
