A couple random thoughts on Master Schedule release
You could combine any 3 Tidewater schools and they are still not be as big as King William. King William probably would have left years ago, I just think they don't have anywhere to go. Several districts would probably need to be changed for any district to make sense in the area. It is sad...- offmylawn

I guess the other question is why is King William in that district? Aren't they the only 2A team and more than double the size of any other school in the district?- offmylawn

D3 kids are offered same as others, there is just no athletic money given. D3 schools find other ways to lower tuition such as grants and academic scholarships.- offmylawn

2022 Season. Who is playing and who isn't?
Some schools have struggled fielding teams, even before Covid. Any news on schools making a comeback or still struggling? I know Charles City hasn't had a team for a few years now.- offmylawn

Essex vs Riverheads
Riverheads may have trouble covering the pass, but Essex isn’t always consistent doing that. If The QB can get it close, Robinson will go get it. Problem for Essex is, they aren’t good stopping the run. Riverheads may give up a few big plays but will dominate the run game. 49-13 Riverheads.- offmylawn

West Point @ Essex
Fumbles lost and consistently losing on jump balls. That was the difference. The Pointers moved the ball on Essex at will once they settled down. I think KQ will be able to run on them and they have a secondary that may fair better against the Trojans passing attack. Should be an interesting...- offmylawn
