Dinwiddie running back Robert Barlow, Jr. Has been named the 2019 Region B Offensive Player of the Year.

Barlow had a sound year, but surely had stiff competition in Hunter (Louisa), Lawson/Leake (EV), Sikka (PH), Mutter (KG) and Hensley (Monacan) to name a few. Region B fans were treated to some serious talent this year and the outlook for next season looks great.
