Barring any major injuries or unforeseen problems, this team will be in Richmond in March.

I was impressed with how much they picked up their defense last night. Other people still need to contribute just a little on offense and Ervin and Dean are still rusty from deep. But when the deep balls start to fall for those guys and the defense picks up the heat......look out.

Mac got dinged up last night in the first couple minutes on a dunk attempt where he literally tried to jump over their post player. Aftet that he layed off going to the rim for dunks for the most part and then proceeded to make around 5-6 consecutive deep balls. Ervin picked up slack and dominated the rim a few times.....the kid had a heck of a game with 23 pts. Mac also became the all time leading scorer at GC last night. Heck of an accomplishment and was an incredible atmosphere/crowd to do it in front of.

For those of you that can make the trip, you should come by and catch a home game. The sellout crowds will continue from here on out im sure.

Mac is definitely one of those 'one in a lifetime' type players that you get to witness.

They don't come around that often, but when they do, you want to make sure to be part of it.

Gate City 81, Wise Central 42

The Mac and Zac attack was once again the featured attraction as Gate City walloped Wise County Central.

Mac McClung poured in 37 points and Zac Ervin added 23 points as the Blue Devils improved to 2-0.
