Central(Woodstock) (14-1) 54 to 48 over James Wood (11-5, 6-3)

Great game. Not sure if I saw a state contender playing in the game though.

Central very well coached and their kids play very much under control. Did not see them get rattled, they just stayed with their style and prevailed. #10 has some serious passing skills for a big man and pretty nice shooting touch, just needs to fill out his body and get stronger. The perception looks like he's conserving energy ... he looks like he has another gear but won't turn it on. Was a great game to watch!

Wonder when the officials are gonna grow some balls and T up the JW coach for constantly being out of the coaches box and being on the court way to much? It would be easy to deal with him, just tell him, hey coach ... you are trying to coach and officiate ... you gotta pick one, you cannot do both!

I suggest you grab an application for a local association and come on out with a whistle since you got "balls" from the stands

I saw a team that refused to lose. Central has the group to go far, but it will take a team effort. #10 Strother is just realizing how tall he is and at times I feel he gets bored out there. We need to get him the ball inside and if that happens good things will happen. We will go far, but not sure if a state championship in in the books. I agree with the statement on the refs, however, we do know it is tough to get each call right. Keep the coaches in check from the beginning and all will go much smoother. More big games in play for Central as we have to play Skyline, George Mason and James Wood again. This is go time as you will find out who is who. Go Big Blue!
