Coach Johnson was at the helm of the Raiders for 9 seasons where he resurrected the Raiders program with 5 winning seasons and 4 playoff appearances. 4-4 in the playoffs, Johnson and the Raiders brought it every game. Coach Johnson was 56-42 when he left the program following the 2015 season.
Coach Trott on the other hand started the Atlee program from scratch after a successful 2-year run at Henrico. Between his two stops in the Capital District Trott built a 73-45 record with 7 winning seasons in his 11-year run including 6 playoff appearances. Despite a 2-6 record in the playoffs Coach Trott led the Raiders to their first playoff appearance ever, their first playoff win and in 1998 reached the region final falling to Varina.
