¡§Battle at the Beach¡¨
Wrestling Tournament
Friday, December 16 & Saturday, December 17, 2005
At the brand new Indian River High School in Frankford, Delaware
Dear Coaches,
We are currently looking for teams for the 2005 ¡§Battle at the Beach¡¨ wrestling tournament that will be held at Indian River High School on December 16th and 17th. We are looking to fill a 16 man bracket with some of the area¡¦s best wrestlers. We will wrestle to 8 places.
Seeding will be based on 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 varsity results. There will also be consideration made for 2004-2005 middle school, junior varsity and junior league results, and accomplishments.
Attractive ¡§Battle at the Beach¡¨ awards will be given to the top 3 in each weight class (certificates will be given to 4th ¡V 8th places). We will also award trophies to the three highest scoring teams and the tournament¡¦s outstanding wrestler.
The cost of the tournament will be $175 per team if paid before June 1st, 2005; $200 if paid by October 1, 2005; and $225 if paid by December 1, 2005. All checks should be made payable to the Indian River Wrestling Boosters ¡V Battle at the Beach.
