Then later in drive Freedom scored on a long run but was called back on a block in the back penalty. 5:00 to go. 1:36 4th Woodson's Riley Allson kicks a 20yd FG. Woodson 16-14. Big play on the drive was a Pesansky to Siles on a long pass play. Under a minute to go Freedom drives down an scores a Powell 37yd td pass play. Freedom 21-16. Final Freedom 21 Woodson 16. To add a bit more detail to the final sequences listed above, since a lot more happened:

With the score 14-7, Freedom, early in the 3rd quarter WTW has the ball on their own 40. Soon Pesansky finds Orejuela over the middle and he makes a fantastic one-handed catch (his second great one handed catch of the night) and he then runs to the FRDM 5 yard line....but the play is called back for holding and WTW ends up punting. FRDM goes three and out, but the punt is blocked and WTW takes over on the FRDM 22 yard line. After two holding calls, WTW is backed up to the FRDM 33 yard line and facing 4th and 21. The pass in incomplete but FRDM gets a roughing the passer penalty to give WTW a new set of downs on the FRDM 18 yard line. WTW reaches the FRDM 3 yard line but then throws three consecutive incomplete passes, followed by an encroachment penalty on FRDM to move the ball to the 1.5 yard line before Barnes barely get it over the line to pull within 14-13; FRDM blocks the XP with 0:59 left in the 3rd quarter. FRDM punts, WTW punts; WTW stops FRDM on a 4th and 1 from the FRDM 44 yard line. On the next possession WTW throws a backward pass that is dropped and FRDM's Edwards recovers on the FRDM 46 yard line. FRDM's Brown then rips off a great 46 yard run to the end zone but a flag for an illegal block nullifies the score and eventually FRDM fails on another 4th down attempt, giving WTW the ball on the WTW 45 yard line. WTW's Pesanky hits Siles down the right sideline for a 34 yard gain to the FRDM 12 yard line, but the FRDM defense stiffens and WTW has to take a 22 yard FG to pull ahead 16-14 with 1:40 to play. FRDM's Hawkins then rips off a 68 yard KO return to the WTW 30 yard line, followed by a loss of 6 yards on an out pass, before Powell hits a streaking Hatcher down the sideline for a 36 yard TD to put FRDM back on top 21-16 with 48 seconds left in the game.
