What's inaccurate? I think we do as good a job as we can to be accurate, particularly with our running scores list. We even share info with some folks from the VHSL. But we can only rely on what is reported and provided to us, including through the AP wire and other sources. It's also why we ask for folks to provide us any info that is missing, incorrect, need adjusting should that be seen.

You've got to understand that keeping track of postponed / canceled games in this COVID age we are still in is near impossible. No one can do it with 100% accuracy, would love to see someone try, as there was even a school run Twitter account on Friday 9/17 that reported its school's game was canceled earlier in the day and they played that night!!!

Marshall Johnson was the absolute best and you'll get no argument from me how much he is missed statewide. True definition of Hall of Famer!

so much missing. I don't know how those unplayed games were pretty much always listed years back, but with an outfit that's supposed to keep up with things, AND schools now posting info online, it's unreal that so many games are nowhere to be found. It's not like newspapers aren't putting it out there.

Do you recall when the AP outsourced reporting scores to Wisprep? Each school has an Rschool account --- although I discovered that one entire district in SWVA doesn't use it! -- they should use for posting results. I don't see why an AD can't assign one person to do this each week.

And I agree it's not easy trying to track what games have been ppd or ccd. The VHSL has probably put out a dozen versions the master schedule since it was first released

Can't recall exactly when... I just know it has becoming increasingly harder when one would think it is easier given all the different ways to get information (Twitter / social media / etc.).

I agree on the RSchools. Some districts do a great job of it, others not so much. VHSL has made an emphasis in its weekly / monthly e-mails, but unfortunately some school admins don't keep their info up to date.

I find it to be an even bigger problem for sports outside of football, too.

Yeah, the BDD just, well, ehhh. What can you say. You must think the ADs care.
I knew rS wouldn't be "the thing" when the district names weren't always right, and at least 1 dist. had a different URL address style.

Wisprep was/is in Wisconsin and they handled the scores for the AP for several years in the 1990s/early 2000s IIRC
