Fredericksburg Christian vs. North Cross Time & Location

Anyone know where and when this game will be played? The VISAA channeling some VHSL competency by not announcing the details yet.

I haven't heard anything yet. It looks like Fredericksburg received a lot of rain yesterday and more is expected throughout the week. If the FCS field was in bad shape last week then it might be a problem again this weekend.

The VISAA puts the responsibility for scheduling higher-seed-hosted playoff games on the school itself. In this case, Fredericksburg took almost a whole week to find a venue to play Isle of Wight last week. We used to have similar issues when Norfolk Christian was in the playoffs-- they played off campus at a field without several state-required amenities.

Glad they picked a venue with plenty of seats. I don't like the 7pm kick on a Saturday night though. I'm more of a traditionalist with the afternoon games during the playoffs. I do understand that North Cross has to come from Roanoke so there is that.
