Peyton Carter outscored Lee High all by herself as she continued her sizzling start to the season with a 32-point performance to lead Abingdon to a win in its Mountain 7 District opener.

Emily Breeding added 18 points and Emily Billips had 11 for the Falcons (3-2, 1-0).

Lee High got 15 points from Shelbie Fannon, but fell behind 22-4 after the first period.
