I see three good games on the schedule, two on Thu and one on Fri. All three are pretty important with regard to playoff seeding and/or showing who are legit contenders.

West Potomac @ Centreville
Madison @ South County
Freedom (PW) @ Hylton

Having been at the West Potomac/Madison Game it will be interesting how Madison's offense stacks up against SoCo's defense; and if the Warhawks can keep a lid on Dillon Spalding...a lot will depend on how strong the SoCo O-line is and the amount of time their QB has to throw.

If Centreville's line is as good as is said, they will wear out West Po in the 4th Q and start to run over them.

Both games should be tight. Will take Madison, Centreville and Freedom

Agree with your comments, but I would add that I think Madison wears down South County and that might help them get the win-as long as they can find a way to stop Spalding (unlikely). I will go with Centreville, Madison in a close one, and no real idea on Freedom-Hylton only because I have not seen Hylton so I don't know if they can stop Freedom or not. I do expect it to be high scoring and, if so, I say that favors Freedom.

I am really eyeing that Freedom vs Hilton game. Looking forward to seeing that.. Thomas Dale vs Dinwiddie is another battle involving a 6a you should check out

Freedom (PW) @ Hylton

I'm confused between two Freedom High School in Northern Virginia - which one will play C.D. Hylton?
Freedom (PW) (0-4)
Freedom (LC) (4-0)

Are their W-L records correct?

Freedom High School, Woodbridge, VA (Prince William County) is 4-0 and will play C.D. Hylton. Freedom Woodbridge is a 6A school.

Freedom High School, South Riding, VA (Loudoun County) is 0-4. Freedom South Riding is a 5A school.

Who's going to start at QB for South County? The kid who came in for the fourth quarter last week led them to two scores but didn't throw the ball much.

Freedom @ Hylton - Definitely has the potential to be a good one with a lot of big plays. It was a competitive game last year with Freedom winning 33-28, though it was raining pretty good that night and I kind of felt like that game deserved to have been played on a dry field. The weather forecast is showing clear for Friday night, looks like they'll get a dry field this time around.

How does SoCo's defense look this year? I've been to a couple of their games over the past few years and was impressed with their offense, but their defense seemed to be their weakness, especially in big games.
