I'm hearing Louisa basketball is back

Louisa beat James Monroe in 3 out of 5 quarters in their scrimmage today. We should be fun to watch this season. With the crop of talent coming through Mineral, and with Coach Shelton taking the reigns last year, I figured this year would be the season we get back on the map.

Poindexter is a beast. He didn't even start as a freshman last year and made all conference team.

Louisa has height, 4 playererst 6'5, speed, and shooters. how well they play defense will be the key for them. they beat JM 3 out if 5 quarters and didn't really play all that well.

They could put up a lot of points last year but finished 12-10. Their conference is tough with EV, Courtland etc...
