South County sophomore Dillon Spaulding, who finished the season with 68 receptions for 1,232 yards and 13 touchdowns, has been selected to play for USA Football's Under-17 national team.
The Stallions' standout was one of 59 players selected to represent the United States against a Canadian team in a game to be played on February 5, 2016 at AT&T Stadium, the home of the Dallas Cowboys.
Teammate Demarcus Ramsey was selected to play on the US Under-19 team against Canada, as well, in a contest that will also be played at AT&T Stadium on January 31st. The Stallions' running back was one of 52 players picked after he totaled 1,501 yards and 21 touchdowns during his senior season.
