Region C vs Region D Winner

Region D for sure. Things can and will change by the end of the regular season, but as it stands right now the #1 team from Region D will be rewarded with a first round game against three-time defending champion Salem while Loudoun County, Kettle Run, or Sherando will have an open week. I expect Salem will move up a couple of positions before the playoffs start, but still.
If the top 8 from C and D played each other, I think D would win at least five or six of the games, depending on who played who.

I’m not very well-versed on those outside of region D to be honest. However, after seeing the strength of region D so far I would have to agree.
Region D is talented and deep. All playoff bound teams are very competitive from top to bottom.
Region C is broken out by one superior team (Sherando) followed by 2 or 3 “good not great teams” (Loudoun county, kettle run, Woodgrove).
I agree with Shruikan that D would probably win most of the matchups versus C.
I just hope that this year we get a State Champ out of region C.
