Most of Salem stats came in the first half with JR Shaun Collins having three receptions for 160 yards, JR Jaden McDonald having a 38 yard TD reception. Jr QB Hunter Chaney was 8 -13 for 229 yards and 4 touchdowns as Salem had 229 yards passing and 257 rushing with Sr tailback Isiah Persinger leading the way with 160 yards and Jr Zavione Wood also having a big day on offense and defense. The Spartans will have a big test on Friday when division 6 Franklin County comes to town.
