Averie Price went for 20 points and 11 rebounds as the Lebanon Pioneers got the best of John Battle in a non-district contest.
Kara Long added 10 points for the Pioneers, while Alyssa Padilla posted a stat line of nine points and 12 rebounds. The Pioneers put the game away with a 13-4 third-quarter surge.
Callie Haderer and Michaela Monk combined for 30 of Battle’s 33 points.

Cayden McConley led John Battle’s balanced attack with 15 points as the Trojans improved to 6-0.
It was the third time this season Battle has beaten the Pioneers. Isaac Deel (13 points) and Reed Samuel (12 points) also keyed the victory.

Gavin Nunley scored 16 points as Tazewell took a win over Castlewood in the Hoopalachia Hardwood Classic.
The duo of Brady Gilbert (26 points) and Zach Owens (23 points) led the way for Castlewood.
