You made some ridiculous claim earlier in the year that Dinwiddie was clearly the best team in 4A. Now you can’t decide what d you riding now Varina or Huguenot. This is hilarious. Phoebus shut down an explosive King George offense and held them to two FGs only TD they had was a PR. The Salem team was one of, if not the best defenses we’ve played in the four year run. I’m sick of that play being called a miracle too it was there all game but the QB was making his 2nd or 3rd start ever so the training wheels were on. The training wheels are off this year so if that safety eyes are in the backfield it’s coming.

Now this year you bring up with the HSHS matchup but don’t mention Phoebus held them to 2 first downs the whole game and their only TD came on a muffed punt returned for TD. Then Warwick’s high powered offense legit had one good play the whole game and that was the long bomb at the end and in real championship mode Phoebus responded and won.

Sounds like a bunch of hate honestly.

Context ? I watched the games brother. I promise you I know what I'm talking about. Yall's offense can be contained by any of the top 3 4B schools if you want context. You literally dropped those scores without any context about how lock down the defense was in all those games. How tf am i hating i clearly said KG had a high powered offense and Salem was the best defense we’ve seen in the 4 year run. Plus none of yall have given any “ways another team might challenge Phoebus”. You’re literally just talking at this point…I’ll pass on this dumbass convo.

Phoebus only beat King George by 10 and needed a miracle against Salem last year.
This year they've only played 2 teams with a pulse, HSHS win by 16 and Warwick by 10 points but were down late in the 4th. Varina beat that same HSHS team 28-13. Phoebus isn't some world beater this year or last year. They'll have to line it up and fight like everyone else.

Phoesbus defense was far more dominant against HSHS, the springs actually didn’t have too many troubles moving the ball on Varina, they just shot themselves in the foot a lot. I think Phoebus front 7 is better than Varina and I’ve seen the springs play against both teams live. Also, it was 28-19 Varina against HSHS

I respect it and agree that Phoebus looked better than Varina against HS. I think a huge part is HS is playing their best ball right now. That’s why we line up.

I think a games between Phoebus and Varina would a low scoring one with both teams probably only scoring through some sort big play, not too many sustainable drives. How Huguenot matches up with Phoebus is really interesting considering the depth Huguenot got on offensive
