BOOM!!!! Evidently the Lakers don't see Mac as overhyped! Thank goodness they don't ask the haters for evalutions on certain players. Proud of this kid and proud of where he's from!
Now that he's made the league....there's a few fellas on here that need to show themselves and own up to how foolish your comments were about this young man since his GC days. You were wrong about him in high school....dominated and broke all sorts of records. Claimed he didn't have what it took to be a D1 player.....made you look foolish again. No way he'd make the league..... and welp.....what now boys?!?

G League isn't the NBA, but when you are performing at the top of the G League, among the best, which he is now doing, and you were the last one cut from the Lakers, it points to a good sign regarding your future chances at the NBA.
lots of guys from swva have played D1 basketball and pro ball and overseas, NBA is a different story
McClung just got signed to the Chicago Bulls’ active roster. Should be on the court for the game against the raptors tomorrow.
Again, not bad for a guy who many said would never even see the floor at Georgetown. I hope he's able to stick around. He's been doing extremely well this season in the G League
