Assistant coaches didn't want the job but wanted to stay. My guess is they didn't want to change anything or were uncomfortable with the new coach adjustments. JF Head Coach
Probably not going to see that with Paul White unless he's changed. He's a Wing-T guy. Not sure why JF chose him, he seems like a good guy but bounces around a lot. Mathews, Apprentice School, Grafton for like a month, back to Mathews, 1 year in Texas. Doubt he sticks to JF for very long...- dringtuoti

LIVE Blog - Class 2 Boys State Championship Game: Radford 74, East Rockingham 50
Radford beat D-3 state champ Northside this year. Their guard game is better than GW Danville but I think GW would wear them down with their size and overall athletecism.- dringtuoti

VHSL Executive Committee meets this month
They don't need to end the out of season practice rule but they do need to extend each of the dead periods to give coaches a break without feeling guilty for taking a few days off. We already have good young ciaches leaving because they get burned out.- dringtuoti

Highfill legacy
I believe his contributions in both football and soccer warrant hall of fame status. The guy can flat out coach. His level of consistency in both sports with (in my opinion) overall mediocre talent, always doing it the right way etc. make him a Hall of Famer.- dringtuoti

Should HUDL Sideline be legal?
The pros don't use still photos any more. There is also no such rule in high school about head sets anymore - that was when they were hard wired now they are all wireless and you control whether or not your own equipment works.- dringtuoti

Highfill legacy
Did a lot with a little throughout his career. He was always willing to be creative and take chances to remain competitive with lesser skill than his opponents. He should be an easy choice for the VHSL Hall of Fame.- dringtuoti
