Brunswick beat Petersburg tonight 61-44 in the Lawson Classic. Senior Marshall King, Jr. led the way with 26 points and Freshman Tyran Clark added 22. Brunswick is now 8-0, 10-3 heading to a showdown with Greensville for the Tri-Rivers District title next Saturday in Emporia. Brunswick won the first game of this heated rivalry in double overtime. Both have impressive wins over Petersburg. WAR!
