Ya'll are lucky. Lynchburg Association (COA) is 12 football officials short. This on top of getting a nice raise. The $$$$ will not attract many new officials. With the way parents are now, officials will be even harder to find.

Now the problem becomes how to retain them. 80% of new recruits quit by year three.

I had one guy quit last year after one game. The abuse can be awful.
