I hope they put together a good season. Not many coaches stay around as long Highfil has nor do they have that amount of consistency.

That is a bit of a pay cut to come back to Roanoke County. Franklin County is one of the better paying jobs in the area.

Most of the time this info is posted on county websites. I know Roanoke county doesn't pay great compared to other school systems around.
