Charlottesville (9-3, 4-1 district) is set to tip off Friday night in Crozet, to face Western Albemarle (8-3, 4-1). The Black Knight's are coming off of a tough 64-50 win over Fluvanna on Tuesday, while Western handled Louisa County 66-33 at home the same night. Chris McGahren, the starting shooting guard for the Warriors, is out for the game due to a facial injury. The Black Knights are led by senior guard Jaylen Hudson (18ppg) and senior forward Khalil Vest (16ppg). The Warriors are led by point guard Ryan Ingram, an all state selection last year, and 6-8 forward Austin Cress. Charlottesville is only allowing 49 ppg, so Western's usually explosive offense will be tested against the trademark, hard-nosed defense from the Black Knights.
