I know you need to legally be 18 years of age to sign legal documents but does anyone foresee parents signing NIL deals for their high school children? Also, not sure what bylaws would be fractured in doing so, but how would a high school transfer portal look/work in your opinion! I'm sure there's gonna be pipeline feeds after watching this NCAA free for all and how it's all unfolding!

As of right now, the transfer rules are what they have always been. The League did adopt the same basic NIL guidelines used by many states. I’ll post them or a link later on.
I’m sure that NIL and a transfer portal will evolve along the lines of those of the NCAA eventually, much to the detriment of high school sports as we know them.

Not sure about the transfer portal but NIL has already hit high school. Gideon Davidson of Liberty Christian Academy was the first high school athlete (and only to my knowledge) in Virginia that officially has an NIL deal.
