Conference 36 Championship Saturday
The #1 RE Lee Leemen will host the #2 East Rockingham Eagles in Paul Hatcher Gymnasium tonight for the Boys Conference 36 Basketball Championship. These two have squared off the past few years in this tournament, with Lee coming out on top. Both these teams know they will advance to 2A East playoffs next week, but the winner will have an upper hand against the Conference 36 representatives. Both also have hopes for a trip to the Seigel Center here in a couple weeks. Tune in to find out who gets the upper hand this time around and who will be riding a winning streak into the 2A East Regional Playoffs.
Tip off is scheduled for 7:30. We'll preview that game starting at 7:10pm.
