Today is UIL Realignment Day in Texas! Could you imagine if Virginia had this type of enthusiasm and the VHSL had this type of competence? Hundreds of coaches in a room waiting for their district and region assignments followed by piecing together their non-district and district schedules. New district alignments for the upcoming two-year cycle posted on big screens with everyone finding out in real time who they are going to be district partners with. Strategically deciding who you want to try to play in the non-district and hoping you find other coaches who are willing to play you. Looks like an awesome time.
