Cougars according to coach Dixon have to get better this week to beat the Blue Demons but are 2-0 after defeating Cave Spring 42-0 and Hidden Valley 48-7. Hidden Valley played a close game with Patrick Henry in their first game before finally giving way 14-6. Patrick Henry plays Salem this week. Christiansburg was defeated by Salem 35-13 last week.

I think Pulaski County will ultimately win this one fairly comfortably, with a two-to-three touchdown margin. Absolutely no disrespect intended towards the last few head coaches at PC, but speaking in terms of head coaching ability, IMO Dixon is on another level from those gentlemen.

Not to mention I am pretty sure that that coach Dixon smartly retained the defensive head coach from last years team so that is already in place while he tries to mold his philosophy from Galax.
