Yes. There has to be a consolation, or 3rd place game, to determine the seeds 1-4 for the state tourney.

I'm still a bit confused. Do I finish off my brackets with any games that I've already missed (like you would do with a NCAA bracket) or is there going to be a new bracket with the final 8 once they get set?
