Way to go Essex!!!! Knocked off #3 Washington & Lee , #2 Northumberland and now, #1 Lancaster to win the conference tourney championship.

I know the fella's felt good about this win since Lancaster won both regular season meetings. Essex split regular season games( 1-1 ) with W&L and Northumberland. The NND was pretty evenly matched this year.

Altavista has excellent coaches and talented kids. No one thinks that you have a shot against ole Altavista. So just relax (limit those turnovers), play your game, control the tempo, play smart, and go at 'em....

Matthew H. - Remember that email a month ago- I just thought that it would be for the Region Title and not played in the Q's (which may have occurred if the Conference winner got the higher seed - ha).
