Are regionals in basketball decided by power points like football?

Each region can do their own thing, but most do it that way. Apparently Region 4C has automatic region berth for the regular season district champion, and the 2nd team out of the district comes from the district tournament.
Region 3A puts all 13 teams in regionals(top 3 seeds get byes), while Region 3B just puts the top 8 in.

Is there any website that has current standings by region other than the district website? I know VHSL doesn't even get involved until quarterfinals at state level.
I have found some by just doing a twitter search- for example typing Region 3A or Region 4C
