Louisa at Powhatan

This game was close throughout with Powhatan taking a 4 point lead into halftime holding Poindexter to 3 points. The second half was a different story. Poindexter finished with 26 points 9 rebounds and 2 assists. Louisa took the game 61-58. Next up is a game @Monticello.

Louisa County High got crushed in the VA preps tournament by Kellam High. Some of the 757 JV teams would beat these team.

I wasn't at this game but I'm still impressed with the overall progress of this really young team. With that said I believe Louisa will enter Regionals this year and be very competitive. Remember games against the likes of Albemarle, Western, and Charlottesville. I think Louisa will prepared for the post season.
