Greetings from Salem. Plenty of green and white in the house as Wilson Memorial and Glenvar will kick it off at the bottom of the hour.
Here comes Glenvar wearing a green-white-green combo. The Highlander fans are out in force and are fired up for this one,
Right on cue
here come the Green Hornets decked out in a white-green-white combo. I think all of Fishersville is here.
Oh boy, a 60 yard touchdown run by Daryl Manns is called back. Ends up being a gain of 32. 1st down Glenvar at the 38
Glenvar QB Zack Clifford has got some wheels. He just took it 12 yards to the Wilson 19. First down Glenvar
Touchdown Glenvar! Zack Zack Clifford hits a wide open Elliot Stigall on a 10-yard touchdown through the air. Highlanders lead 7-0.
Glenvar begins the game with eight straight running plays, which sets up the pass. Great execution by the Highlanders.

Glenvar 14, Wilson Memorial 0 with 1:38 left in the 1st quarter. Prior to today's game, Wilson had given up just 10 touchdowns all season. The Green Hornets have already given up 2 in the first quarter
Wilson lined up to go for it on 4th and 1 at their own 24, but a false start will force the Green Hornets to punt.
A fumbled snap kills a Glenvar drive at midfield. Something finally goes the way of the Green Hornets
Well now, Wilson's Demarea Humphreys picks off Clifford and takes it 40 yards for a Green Hornet touchdown. 14-7 Glenvar still leads.
Big play coming up here. Wilson Memorial is facing a 4th and 1 at the Glenvar 22 with 3:23 left in the half.
McCauley takes it 5 yards for a touchdown. XP is good and we are all tied at 14 with 1:37 to go before halftime
