Which Region(s)?

Which Region (4C, 1D, that type of designation) doesn’t do #1 vs. #8, #2 vs. #7, etc. for the football playoffs? I can’t seem to recall whether it is one or two regions that only do 6 teams or some other type of unique arrangement as compared to almost all of the state’s regions that do the 1-8, 2-7, etc. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

I'm pretty sure Region 4C only takes six teams to the playoffs, and they do #5 vs #4 and #6 vs #3 in the first round. Then they winner of 5/4 takes on the #1 seed and the 3/6 winner goes to the #2 seed.

Region 4C only takes 6 while the other Division 4 regions take 8.

Region 1B only does 6, but that is because they only have 6 eligible teams. Last year 0-10 Stonewall Jackson was in playoffs
